PCB

At Komoline Aerospace, we offer comprehensive Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing services. This includes layout design, interaction with PCB manufacturer, Inspection of Bare PCBs, Batch Acceptance Test (BAT) & report generation and associated services related to bare PCBs meeting diverse needs of our clients.

PCB Wiring & Assembly

We have experienced and expert team to carryout quality PCB wiring and Assembly work for variety of component technology i.e. Axial Leaded components, SMT component, Fine-Pitch components and Mixed-Technology components.

Hi-Rel Space Electronic Manufacturing (SEM)

All the Hi-Rel Space Electronic Manufacturing activities are carried out by Hi-Rel certified fabricators under close surveillance of Hi-Rel certified QC/QA.

PCB - Wiring & Assembly

ISRO certified & experienced team is capable to carryout Hi-Rel PCB wiring and assembly service having mixed technology components soldering on PCB with required as per ISRO standards quality & precision to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Microwave Integrated Circuits (MIC) Assembly & Packaging

These fabrication activities are being carried out by as per ISRO standards by experienced & ISRO certified team.

  1. Substrate Attachment & Wire-Bonding/ Parallel Welding (MIC)
    Our Specialised in substrate attachment and wire & ribbon bonding/welding techniques with precision and high-quality to ensure secure and reliable connections in Microwave-Integrated Circuits.
  2. Reflow Soldering – Technology in MIC
    We offer controlled reflow-soldering services for the component assembly in Micro Integrated Circuits (MIC) to achieve precision & high-quality component assembly.
  3. Package Assembly, Tuning and Testing in MIC
    Expert team to carry out MIC package assembly with required accuracy and high-quality. Our team is expert in carrying out RF Tunning to optimise performance and Test & Evaluate requirements.

RF & DC Harness

Harness fabrication services by our exert team is provided for all the types of connectors and wires /cables for assorted needs of RF and Mixed-circuit electronics systems for aerospace and defence applications. Our facility is equipped with all the test set-up to evaluate RF & DC harness including wet-probe test for the DC harness.

We also provide Assembly Integration activities at site like Spacecraft integration labs of SAC/ISRO. On site we provide the services like cable modelling, cable fabrication & testing, DC harness. Our team is well experienced and ISRO certified to carryout RF cables & DC harness using all types of connectors / wires / cables. Also, our team is specialised for making phase matched cable assemblies.

Cable-assembly Testing

We conduct rigorous testing of cable assemblies to ensure compliance with Aerospace, defence and industry standards and specifications.

Panel Integration (On site)

We provide services on site for the end-to-end panel integration activities like Subsystem/System assemblies. DC harness & cable routing finalisation, Preparation and testing of DC & RF harness and cable assemblies as per the Aerospace and Defence standard and specification. Other activities like application of thermal grease, Layout preparation, etc.

Functional Testing

We provide the services for the RF bench testing to evaluate performance and functionality of electronic components, subsystems and systems.

Reliability Testing

We are equipped with following state-of-art test facilities to carryout reliability evaluation testing.

  1. Vibration Test System
    This system evaluates the durability and structural integrity of components by subjecting them to both random and sine wave vibrations, simulating real-world conditions.
  2. Burn-in Test Setup
    Utilized to assess the reliability and failure rates of products under continuous operation, this setup helps in identifying early-life failures and ensuring long-term stability.
  3. Thermo-Vacuum Test System
    This system tests components in a simulated space environment, assessing their performance under extreme temperature variations and vacuum conditions.
  4. Environmental Test Chambers
    These chambers are used to test the effects of different environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity on the physical and chemical properties of materials and products.
  5. Environment Control Storage Cabinets
    These cabinets provide a controlled environment for storing sensitive components, ensuring that they are not affected by variations in external environmental conditions.
